1978:Renamed:Quzhou Rock Drilling Machinery Factory.

1994:Zhejiang Kaishan Co.,Ltd. incorporated following Share Reorganization.

1998:Control of Zhejing Kaishan Co.,Ltd. ceded to Private Entrepreneurs.

2001:Establishment of Kaishan Group.

2002:Incorporation of Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co.,Ltd.

2005:Moved to No.9 Kaixuan [w] Road,Quzhou Economic Development Zone.

2006:Kaishan Lingang Factory was completed and put into operation-Owned core technology of screw airend.

2009:Establishment of Jersey North American R&D Center in Seattle. USA.

2011:Were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Code:300257,KAISHAN Shares.

2012:Establishment of Kaishan General Machinery Institute.

        - Acquistiong of SCCA in Australia.

        - Developed ORC Expander & Screw Steam Expander.

2015:Set up Kaishan Technolgies of America LLC. in Florida, USA.
        - Listed in the"Double Top10"Lists of NDRCnational and The Ministry of Industry of Australia.

2016:Set up KS ORKA Renewables Pte., Ltd., Focusing on Geothermal New Energy Development.
        - Acquisition of Austria LMF Unternehmensbeteili-gungs GmbH.

2018:Kickoff the construction of US Headquarters and manufacturing base in Alabama,USA.
        - The Indonesian SEGP project was approved by the Indonesian Electric Power Authority,allowing power generation to connect to the grid.

2019:Kaishan US factory put into operation.

       - Establishment of Kaishan India at Mumbai of Inida.

2020:Establishment of Kaishan Europe at Warsa of Poland.

2021:Kaishan Turkish geothermal company was established in Izmir, Turkey.
